RETURNS AND EXCHANGESAt LuckyBeauty.com, your satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations or may arrive damaged. We want your shopping experience to be as seamless and enjoyable as possible. To ensure transparency and trust, please review our Shipping and Return/Exchange policy carefully before making any purchases.Please Note:We are unable to offer exchanges or refunds for products returned due to skin irritation. We stand by the quality of the products we sell, but certain ingredients may cause irritation to very sensitive skin. If you’re having trouble deciding what products might work best for your skin, contact us for a recommendation. We’re happy to help!

Additionally, please keep in mind that colors will appear different on individuals depending on skin tone and lip pigmentation. Items will not be replaced or exchanged for this reason.RETURNSWe do not accept returns for a refund. If you want to return your order, a store credit will be issued. In some cases, you may prefer store credit instead of a traditional refund. Please review our return policy for store credit to understand how this process works:

  • You must initiate the return request within 15 days of receiving your order.
  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • You must provide proof of purchase, such as your order number or receipt.
  • You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • To request a return for store credit, please contact our customer support team at (email) or (phone no.) Provide your order number and a detailed reason for the return request, indicating that you would like store credit.
  • Our customer support team will review your request and respond to you with instructions on how to proceed with the return for store credit.
  • Once we receive the returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return request.
  • If approved for store credit, we will issue store credit equal to the full amount you paid for the returned item in the form of a unique code or gift card that can be used for future purchases on our website.
  • Please note that store credit issued as part of a return has an expiry date. The expiration date will be clearly indicated on the store credit code or gift card. Be sure to use your store credit before it expires.
  • Shipments that are returned because of an incorrect shipping address or attempted delivery with no answer, will not be refunded.

EXCHANGESWe do not offer direct exchanges. If you need to return your order for an exchange, please review the information below.

  • We accept exchanges on items purchased up to 15 days after the original purchase.
  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
  • Please enclose the product you wish to exchange and your receipt.  On the receipt, write instructions on what item(s) to exchange.
  • If there is a difference in cost with the exchange, we may reach out to you for further information.
  • You will be responsible for the return shipping & handling charges, which will not be refunded.
  • Please make sure to record your tracking number because we cannot process the exchange until our office confirms receipt of the returned merchandise.  We are not responsible for lost packages.
  • Once the item has been received, we will then process a new order for the desired item. 


If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately and we will replace the item at no additional cost to you.CANCELLATION

You have the flexibility to cancel your order at any time before it enters the processing phase. Our order processing typically occurs within 24 hours after payment confirmation. Once the order is in processing, it cannot be canceled.

  • To cancel an order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. 
  • If your order is successfully canceled before it enters the processing phase, we will refund the full purchase amount to your original method of payment within 1-3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email regarding the cancellation and refund.
  • Once an order has entered the processing phase, it cannot be canceled. At this point, we are preparing your order for shipment. If you still wish to return the products after they have been delivered, please refer to our Return Policy for further instructions.

In rare cases, if an item you ordered is out of stock or unavailable, we will contact you to discuss available options. This may include canceling the specific item from your order, providing a substitute, or canceling the entire order and issuing a refund.
